These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and 999abb ("999abb," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the 999abb platform available at 999abb.best, including all games, sports betting markets, live casino products, promotional offers, and any related services we make available to registered players in the Philippines.

By registering an account on 999abb, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. 999abb reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts found to be held by players under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and deposited funds returned to the original payment method after completing a review process. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

Each player on 999abb is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering on 999abb, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, a current email address, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999abb login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 999abb will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before processing any withdrawal. All financial transactions on 999abb are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). 999abb accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard bank cards are also accepted for eligible accounts.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit on 999abb is ₱100. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 999abb wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 30 minutes depending on the sending institution. 999abb does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. Verified accounts requesting GCash or Maya withdrawals typically receive funds within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one banking day. 999abb reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds.

• Withdrawals require a fully verified 999abb account (completed KYC).
• Funds must be used for genuine gaming activity before a withdrawal is processed. Depositing and withdrawing without meaningful play may be treated as an attempt to use 999abb as a money transfer service and may result in account suspension.
• If a bonus was claimed on a deposit, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal of those bonus funds or any winnings derived from them.
• 999abb reserves the right to apply a processing hold on unusual withdrawal requests pending standard review procedures.

999abb offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page at the time the offer is claimed.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all 999abb bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be bet through on qualifying games or markets before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Bonus Validity: Bonuses on 999abb have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. The validity period is stated on each individual promotion.

• Only one bonus may be active per 999abb account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to meeting the stated wagering requirements.
• 999abb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be given to affected players.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated gameplay with other players may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

All bets placed on 999abb — whether on sports markets, PBA games, live casino, Color Game, Pusoy, or any other product — are subject to the applicable game rules and these general betting terms. Placing a bet on 999abb constitutes your acceptance of the relevant rules for that game or market.

Sports and PBA Betting: All sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition as declared by the governing body. 999abb uses the official score at the end of the standard playing time (excluding extra time or overtime unless the market is explicitly stated to include it). For PBA betting specifically, results are based on official PBA declarations. Live in-play bets are subject to the odds accepted at the moment the bet is confirmed — odds displayed before confirmation may shift during placement.

Minimum and Maximum Bets: The minimum bet for sports and PBA markets is ₱50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market type, and event importance. Maximum limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. 999abb reserves the right to limit bet sizes for specific players or markets at its discretion.

Void Bets: A bet may be voided (stake returned) in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the market is determined; a technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed; the bet was placed after the event result was already known (past-posting); or an event is listed or settled incorrectly due to human or system error.

• 999abb reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds or game outcomes. If a bet was placed on clearly erroneous odds, 999abb may void the bet or recalculate the payout at the correct odds.
• Decisions made by 999abb regarding bet settlement are final after a 72-hour review period following event completion.
• Parlays (multi-bets) where one or more legs are voided will be recalculated as if the voided leg had not been included, with the odds adjusted accordingly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 999abb and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, creating accounts in another person's name, or any other act of deception directed at 999abb or its players.
• Money Laundering: Using the 999abb platform to layer, place, or integrate proceeds of illegal activity. 999abb cooperates fully with Philippine anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions as required by law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through matched betting, the use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play designed to extract bonus value without legitimate gaming activity.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, or any software that interacts with the 999abb platform in a way not intended for normal human use.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider while the relevant funds are legitimately held in your 999abb balance.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing 999abb staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

999abb actively monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Our compliance team uses automated and manual review processes to identify and investigate suspicious behaviour. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be dealt with in accordance with these Terms, applicable Philippine law, and anti-financial crime regulations.

999abb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; activity that 999abb determines to be suspicious or inconsistent with legitimate use; receipt of a valid legal request from Philippine authorities; or a player's voluntary request to close their account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will generally be notified unless doing so would compromise the integrity of the investigation. Any funds held in a suspended account will be maintained pending the outcome of the review.

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, underage gaming, or prohibited conduct — 999abb reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both deposited funds and bonus funds, as determined by the outcome of the investigation. This forfeiture right will be exercised in proportion to the severity and evidence of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 999abb account may do so by contacting our support team at support@999abb.best. Any remaining balance after settling open bets and meeting applicable withdrawal conditions will be returned to your verified payment method. Voluntary account closure requests typically take 3–5 business days to process.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works based on any 999abb content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 999abb's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to 999abb (such as support communications), but by submitting such content you grant 999abb a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content in connection with operating and improving our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 999abb's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

999abb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, technical malfunctions beyond 999abb's reasonable control, or losses arising from your own decisions during gameplay.

999abb does not guarantee that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. When material changes are made, 999abb will notify registered players via email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the new terms take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulation on shorter notice.

Your continued use of 999abb following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you should discontinue your use of 999abb and contact our support team to arrange voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 8.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of 999abb shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 999abb, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve complaints quickly and fairly through our internal dispute resolution process. All formal complaints should be submitted in writing to support@999abb.best with a clear description of the issue, relevant dates, and any supporting evidence.

999abb will respond to formal complaints within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through our internal process, you retain the right to pursue available legal remedies under Philippine law. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
